Since launching her career in therapy in 2017, Melanie has helped individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, and self-esteem concerns. She believes each person’s history, strengths, and values require a personalized road map toward healing, and she brings that philosophy to every session.

Melanie graduated with her BS from the University of Southern Maine in 2006 and returned to complete her MS from the University of Southern New Hampshire in 2015. She has worked across multiple settings with children and adults of all ages throughout her career.

Her approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual’s strengths and desired outcomes. She believes that an eclectic approach is the best way to provide quality, meaningful care. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys the outdoors, hiking, skiing, and spending time with family.
