Christopher Stephens, LCPC, CAC-AD, is a licensed therapist in Westminster, MD, the Director of Archway Counseling and Psychiatry Services, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with specialized certification in alcohol and drug counseling. With experience spanning both inpatient and outpatient settings, Christopher brings a deep, practical understanding of mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges to every client he works with.
Christopher works with clients across a range of developmental stages from late adolescence into late adulthood, and is credentialed to treat individuals experiencing mental health symptoms alongside substance use concerns. He champions a client-first philosophy and is determined to deliver the best possible outcomes for every person he serves.
His clinical approach draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), applied in a way that is tailored to each individual’s unique strengths, circumstances, and goals.
